Conditional Onboarding
The right onboarding for the right client, every time.
Different packages mean different onboarding flows, and sending the wrong one sets the wrong expectations from day one. The workflow reads each signup, picks the right path, and runs it automatically.

From signup to the right path, in four steps.
New signups are picked up the moment they hit your client list, with their plan, tier, or service type captured alongside.
The signup is matched against your onboarding rules. Plan, tier, service type, or any combination decides which flow runs.
The matching welcome is composed with the correct intake form, scheduling link, and onboarding docs for that path. No mixed instructions.
The welcome lands in the client's inbox, your team gets a heads up, and the path taken is logged so you can see who got what at a glance.
What changes after we deploy this.
If any of these describe your business, this workflow earns its keep.
When you sell starter, pro, and enterprise tiers, each one expects a different setup. The workflow makes the call for you, every time, so no client gets the wrong checklist.
Agencies, consultancies, and service businesses run different onboarding for different engagements. SEO clients get one setup, paid media clients get another, and the workflow keeps both correct without anyone double checking.
When a single human handles routing manually, mistakes show up the week the signups spike. The workflow keeps onboarding accurate at any volume, so growth doesn't degrade the start.
An audit trail, kept for you.
You won't watch this day to day. We maintain the full record on your behalf, available whenever you need to review, export, or share it.

Want to know how your signups would route themselves?
We will look at how your tiers onboard today and tell you which paths we would build, and which calls we would leave to you.
It runs inside the tools you already use.

How does it decide which onboarding path to send?
It reads the client information you already collect at signup, such as plan, tier, or service type, and matches it against the routing rules we configure with you. Every signup runs through the same logic, so the correct path is selected every time without anyone making the call manually.
Can each client type receive a different onboarding flow?
Yes. Each tier or service type can have its own welcome email, intake form, scheduling link, and onboarding docs. Paths run independently, so a starter client never sees the enterprise checklist and an enterprise client never gets the generic welcome.
Can I add or change client types later?
Yes. New tiers, services, or routing rules can be added at any time, and existing paths can be updated without pausing the workflow. The next signup picks up the change automatically, so your onboarding stays current as your offering grows.
Which tools does this integrate with?
The workflow connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Sheets, Typeform, Calendly, HubSpot, and most major client tools. No special onboarding software is required; everything fits into the stack you already use.
Does this replace our onboarding process?
No. The workflow runs the coordination work, detecting tier, picking the right path, and sending the correct welcome, while your underlying process stays the same. We're removing the manual decision making, not redesigning the experience.
Other automations that complement this one.
Used together with Standard Onboarding and Onboarding Follow-Up, your client onboarding stays accurate and consistent across every tier, with no manual sorting and no missed steps.
Ready for onboarding that picks the right path?
Stop juggling templates and tiers. Every client gets the welcome that matches what they bought, automatically.
Every workflow is a managed monthly service. No credit card, and we respond within one business day.
