- How long does the discovery form take?
- About two minutes. The questions adapt to your answers, so you only see what's relevant to your workflow.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The form asks about the workflow and tools, not about the implementation. We translate that into a practical written recommendation.
- When do I hear back?
- We aim to reply within one business day with a written recommendation.
- What does the recommendation look like?
- A short email outlining what can be automated, what the first version would include, the tools involved, and the likely monthly range.
- What happens if I want to move forward?
- We confirm the scope and the billing structure in writing before any work begins. Most builds are billed monthly. For larger custom systems, the first quarter may be paid upfront to cover build and stabilisation, and we'll flag that early.
- Do I need to manage any tools myself?
- No. Noventra Automation is a done-for-you managed service. You authorise access to your existing tools, and we build, host, monitor, and maintain the workflows on our infrastructure.
