When the same workflow is deployed across multiple users, branches, or business units, the per-instance price steps down in stages. The first build carries the full cost. Each additional copy is priced lower.

The monthly figure covers the initial build plus ongoing hosting, monitoring, error handling, and small adjustments after launch. Your system stays maintained as long as it's running.

A single focused build sits at the lower end. Multiple connected workflows scale the quote up.
Complexity of the logic
Straightforward routing costs less than logic with multiple branches, conditions, and edge cases. The more decisions the system has to make, the more it costs to build.
Systems involved
Each system the workflow connects to brings its own setup and maintenance. The cost depends less on the number of connections and more on what happens at each one: simple reads and writes stay light, while parsing, transforming, or routing data is where it grows.
Multi-instance deployments
Rolling the same workflow out to multiple users, branches, or business units brings the per-instance price down, but adds to the overall total.
Build commitment
Most builds are billed monthly with no upfront cost. For larger systems, where the first weeks carry substantial build and stabilisation work, the first quarter may be paid upfront. The billing structure is always confirmed before any work begins.

- How long does a project take to build?
- Timelines depend on scope. We confirm a delivery date after the discovery quiz, before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
- What if my needs change after launch?
- Small adjustments and refinements are part of the engagement. New workflows, wider scope, or rolling an existing workflow out to more users are quoted separately, with multi-instance pricing.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No long-term lock-in. You can cancel anytime, and the service runs to the end of your current billing cycle. When the engagement ends, hosting and monitoring stop with it, and the system stops running.
- What if my project is bigger than the upper end?
- The range covers most projects, but larger builds get quoted on their actual scope. Tell us what you're working with and we'll come back with what's realistic.
- Are there any upfront costs?
- Most builds are billed monthly with no upfront cost. For larger or unusually complex systems, the first quarter may be paid upfront to cover build, stabilisation, and early operational support. The structure is always confirmed before work begins.
- Why no sales calls?
- We run discovery through the quiz and follow up by email so both sides have time to share context properly, ask the right questions, and avoid time-zone friction. If we need more, we'll reach out by email.
